All
organizations need to fill in this Charity Registration
Form and click on Submit at the bottom. This is how
we will know what your booth plans, needs and questions
are so we can respond in an appropriate and timely manner.
If your plans change after first submitting it, simply
fill in and re-send just the information which has changed.
This year there is only one fee you must pay
to be in the Fun-Fair. A $25 Booth Fee.
There
are two ways to pay your $25 booth fee:
1. If you want to know your booth location in advance
of April 19th, the day of the Fun-Fair, you can mail
a check for $25.00 made out to Swarthmore
Rotary Charitable Trust and mail it
to Ken Wright, 501 Plush Mill Road, Apt 606, Wallingford,
PA 19086 before April 7th. Your booth space will be
assigned after your $25 Booth Fee has been received.
You should still come to the Information Booth the day
of the Fun-Fair to check in with us to make sure that
nothing has changed.
2.
Or, you can just come to the Information on April 19th
and pay the $25 Booth Fee. You will then be told your
booth location.
In
both cases, we need to know that you are planning to
be in the Fun-Fair as soon as possible to allow us to
lay out the booths ahead of time. Even if you are not
certain you will attend, please fill out this form as
soon as you can. Thanks.
